UK property market 'may have peaked' (Gulf Daily News)

LONDON: One of central London's biggest landlords, the Duke of Westminster's Grosvenor group, said yesterday commercial property valuations in Britain had probably peaked, although rents still had room to grow.

An attorney for Fargo landowners Fred and Earlyne Hector said they will donate about $2 million worth of land for a road project if the city allows them to develop 150 acres of their land at Interstate 29 and 52nd Avenue South as commercial property.

New online tool for business location decisions (The Milpitas Post)

Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network on March 21 announced a new online tool, SiliconValley-Prospector.com, which provides an interactive, searchable repository of commercial property listings. The tool allows site selectors to conduct highly detailed demographic analyses of those properties.
