Commercial property tax commission holds first public meeting (KWQC-TV 6 Davenport)

DES MOINES, Iowa A task force studying ways to lower commercial property taxes in Iowa learned how difficult their task will be at their first public meeting today.

823 Congress changes hands (BizJournals)

A local real estate outfit and Denver-based Amstar Group LLC have come together to purchase and manage the 823 Congress building just a few blocks south of the Capitol on Congress Avenue, according to Commercial Property News.
