* Pat Morrison and Fred Wanger have formed Northwest Arkansas' newest commercial real estate firm, Morrison Wanger Properties. The firm is located in the Cooper Communities Building at Barrington Center in Rogers. Morrison and Wanger have been listing, leasing and selling commercial property in the area for more than 15 years.

Assessments rise in Richmond (Richmond Times-Dispatch)

Rising values for homes and commercial property and a sharp rise in new construction are driving a big increase in Richmond's tax base. Overall, real estate values in the city rose 14.3 percent, according to this year's just-completed assessment.
