OL tightens up on solicitors, drop boxes (Daily Southtown)

Oak Lawn is making it harder to solicit donations from drivers at intersections and limiting the placement of clothing drop boxes. The village now will require permits for fundraising on roadways as well as for clothing drop boxes on commercial property.
