HONG KONG, July 31 (Reuters) - Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd. , controlled by Hong Kong tycoon Li Ka-shing, said it will sell its stake in a commercial property in Singapore's central business district to a property trust for about S$941.5 million (US$622 million).
