Drop in demand for commercial property (icWales)

DEMAND for commercial property in Wales has fallen at its sharpest rate since 2002 according to the latest quarterly research from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The demand for commercial property in the east of England has fallen to its lowest level in a decade. A report by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has found that demand fell strongly in the second quarter of the year.
