The B.C. government seized a commercial property in Nanaimo on Friday that police allege is a Hells Angels' clubhouse. Solicitor General John Les said the seizure was made under B.C.'s Civil Forfeiture Act, passed in May 2006 with the aim of preventing criminals from keeping the profits of their crimes.
